The fitness and self-defense industries have fueled the demand for both boxing and martial arts studios, with more people seeking high-intensity training, self-discipline, and personal safety skills. Additionally, the rise of boutique fitness trends and combat sports in mainstream media has contributed to a growing interest in specialized gyms, driving further expansion in these markets.
